Product Description

Toptech IFR is a glass fiber reinforced concrete (GRC) product. This product is made of ordinary portland cement or sulphoaluminate cement, graded quartz sand aggregate, high-strength lightweight aggregate, alkali resistant glass fiber and various chemical additives by manual or mechanical spraying. The product has the characteristics of high strength, waterproof, UV aging resistance, fire prevention and environmental protection etc..

Basic Use

The product can be made into various shapes, such as flat plate, curved surface, special shape, etc. it can be used for indoor and outdoor decoration of walls and floors, office furniture, landscape sketches, bar countertops, fireplaces and other occasions.

Product advantages

• Compressive strength - Surface Layer > 15MPa, structural layer > 40MPa;

• Flexural strength - Surface Layer > 8Mpa, structural layer > 12MPa;

• Product thickness – 20-25mm (surface layer + structural layer);

• Product weight – 50-80kg / m2 (excluding steel frame);

• Fire Prevention Rating- Class A

Special Note

In order to imitate the color, texture, skin texture and other characteristics of natural materials as much as possible, this product is mainly made by hand when making the surface layer, so as to achieve the surface effect as close to natural materials as possible. In the actual production process, the color, compactness and cavity distribution of the material surface will be different due to different ambient temperature, humidity and operation methods. Therefore, it is normal to have color differences, compactness differences and nonuniform cavity distribution between different batches or parts of the product.
