Product Description

DURACON™ UHPC is a kind of ultra-high strength cement-based material with ultra-high strength, toughness, high durability, and low porosity. It minimizes the pores and micro cracks in the material by improving the fineness and activity of components and not using coarse aggregate, to obtain ultra-high strength and high durability. It has good application prospects in the fields of national defense engineering, marine engineering, nuclear industry, highway, and railway engineering, building exterior decoration engineering and municipal engineering.

 

 The test shows that its flexural strength is more than three times that of ordinary C50 concrete, the shrinkage decreases by 50%, and it is still intact after 700 freeze-thaw cycles. It is called "never crack" concrete.

Usage Introduction

 Put the powder into the mixer, mix it for 5 minutes before adding water, and then add water and mix for 5 ~ 8 minutes (the material reaches the flowing colloidal state), add fiber and continue to mix (when the amount of fiber is large, it usually does not exceed 3%, which can be added gradually or in several times), pour after the fiber is uniformly dispersed, vibrate and form, and then cure.

 

Package and Storage

 It shall be packed in composite kraft paper bags or plastic woven bags, 25kg or 50kg / bag.

 

It must be stored in a dry and ventilated room, and the packaging bag shall be sealed. Pay attention to avoiding from moisture and freeze. The shelf life is 6 months.
